RESOLUTION NO. 2001-126
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST OF CARDINAL
CONSTRUCTION ON BEHALF OF THE IOWA ARMY
NATIONAL GUARD FOR A PROPOSED SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT TO THE "M-2, P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT 3306
AIRPORT BOULEVARD, AS MAY 7, 2001, AT 5: 30
P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND
INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF
HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 7th day of May, 2001, for the purpose of
considering and acting upon the request of Cardinal Construction on
behalf of the Iowa Army National Guard for a proposed site plan
amendment to the "M-2, P" Planned Industrial District property
generally located at 3306 Airport Boulevard to build a 3, 985 square
foot building and legally described as follows:
Unplatted Waterloo East West 400 feet of that part
Southwest Section 4 Township 89 Range 13 commencing at
point on North line of right-of-way of Illinois Central
Railroad 60 feet East of center line of access road to
airport thence North 400 feet thence East 500 feet
thence South to North line right-of-way Illinois Central
Railroad thence West to beginning, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
