RESOLUTION NO. 2001-128
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST OF
SCHAENETTE ALLEN TO REZONE FROM "R-2" ONE AND
TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "R-2, C-Z"
CONDITIONAL ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE
DISTRICT, PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT 1427
VERMONT STREET, AS MAY 7, 2001, AT 5: 30 P.M.
IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND
INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF
HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 7th day of May, 2001, for the purpose of
considering and acting upon request of Schaenette Allen to rezone
from "R-2" One and Two Family Residence District to "R-2,C-Z"
Conditional One and Two family Residence District, property
generally located at 1427 Vermont to allow for a one person beauty
salon to be operated from the residence and legally described as
follows:
Miller Park Addition Lot 1 Block 4, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of April, 2001 .
