RESOLUTION NO. 2001-136 RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE FOR PATRICK T. AND AMY M. O'REGAN, 9108 HAMMOND AVENUE, FOR PAYMENT OF PROMISSORY NOTE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE KIMBALL SOUTH RURAL WATER MAIN PROJECT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE BY MAYOR. WHEREAS, Patrick T. and Amy M. O'Regan, 9108 Hammond Avenue, has paid the Waterloo Water Works the remaining balance of the Promissory Note and Mortgage in conjunction with the Kimball South Rural Water Main Project for the following described property: The North Eight Hundred Sixty-nine and 70/100' s (869. 70) feet of the East Seven Hundred Twenty-five and 50/100' s (725.50) feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE '-) of Section No. Three (3) , Township No. Eighty-seven (87) North, Range No. Thirteen (13) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian in Black Hawk County, Iowa, containing 14 .485 acres including 0 . 659 acres of right-of-way, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Release of Real Estate Mortgage dated April 9, 2001, for payment of Promissory Note in conjunction with the Kimball South Rural Water Main Project, by and between Patrick T. and Amy M. O'Regan, 9108 Hammond Avenue, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
