RESOLUTION NO. 2001-138
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR HIGHWAY
RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR RECREATIONAL TRAIL OPERATIONS
WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Highway Right-of-Way for Recreational
Trail Operations dated April 9, 2001 in conjunction with Sergeant
Road/Cedar Prairie Trail Connection, by and between the Iowa
Department of Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9tn day of April, 2001 .
