RESOLUTION NO. 2001-139
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO
INDUSTRIES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 9, 2001 for use of East 5thStreet
Ramp, by and between Waterloo Industries of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of April, 2001 .
