RESOLUTION NO. 2001-140
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH STRUXTURE
ARCHITECTS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 9, 2001 at a cost not to exceed
$14, 000 . 00 in conjunction with renovation of the Chicago Great
Western Depot, by and between Struxture Architects of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of April, 2001 .
