RESOLUTION NO. 2001-141
RESOLUTION APPROVING EXTENSION OF THE REAL
ESTATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (WIDA) AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that extension of the Real Estate Purchase Agreement to June 30,
2004, in conjunction with acquisition and development of land at
the Northeast Industrial Park, by and between Waterloo Industrial
Development Association (WIDA) , and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of April, 2001 .
