RESOLUTION NO. 2001-151
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF
TELECOMMUNICATIONS TASK FORCE COMMITTEE TO
ACCEPT PROPOSAL FROM CEDAR FALLS UTILITIES AND
AUTHORIZING SAID TELECOMMUNICATIONS TASK FORCE
COMMITTEE TO PROCEED WITH CONTRACT
NEGOTIATIONS WITH CEDAR FALLS UTILITIES IN
CONJUNCTION WITH FIBER OPTIC BACKBONE AND
TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the recommendation of Telecommunications Task Force Committee
to accept proposal from Cedar Falls Utilities, be and the same is
herby approved, and said Telecommunications Task Force Committee be
hereby authorized to proceed with contract negotiations with Cedar
Falls Utilities in conjunction with Fiber Optic Backbone and
Telecommunications Project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of April, 2001 .
