RESOLUTION NO. 2001-152
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR EXCEPTION
TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM JOHN DEERE PRODUCT
ENGINEERING CENTER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from John
Deere Product Engineering Center to burn approximately 40 acres of
prairie grass adjacent to the John Deere Product Engineering Center
on Ridgeway Avenue and Cedar Heights Drive from now until May 15,
2001, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 2001 .
