RESOLUTION NO. 2001-153
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR EXCEPTION
TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM HOOVER MIDDLE
SCHOOL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from
Hoover Middle School to burn approximately one-half acre of prairie
grass located next to Hoover Observatory by the football field
during the period of April - May, 2001, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 2001 .
