RESOLUTION NO. 2001-154
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
WITH JOHN DEERE CREDIT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO
TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Purchase Agreement dated April 16, 2001 in the
amount of $72, 458 .24 to lease purchase a John Deere 5510 tractor,
16' mower, and John Deere 1610 wide area mowing unit, by and
between John Deere Credit, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 2001 .
