RESOLUTION NO. 2001-155
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
SANITARY SEWER SERVING MINARD CENTRAL HEIGHTS
ADDITION, AS SUBMITTED BY SCHENK ENGINEERING
COMPANY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND SEWAGE TREATMENT
AGREEMENT WITH DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Construction Plans for the sanitary sewer
serving Minard Central Heights Addition, as submitted by Schenk
Engineering Company, and Sewage Treatment Agreement dated April 16,
2001, by and between the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same are hereby approved and
Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 2001 .
