RESOLUTION NO. 2001-156
RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENT WITH BLACK
HAWK COUNTY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated April 16, 2001 in conjunction with
design, letting, construction and inspection of an asphalt overlay
project on East Donald Street from Sage Road to Raymdnd Road, at an
estimated cost of $1, 008, 648 . 00, with city' s share of $252, 162 . 00,
by and between Black Hawk County, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 2001 .
