RESOLUTION NO. 2001-161
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON THE F.Y. 2002 ONE YEAR
ACTION PLAN FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT (CDBG) AND HOME PROGRAM FUNDS AS MAY 7,
2001, AT 5: 30 P.M. IN THE CITY HALL COUNCIL
CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 7th day of May 2001, for the purpose of
considering and acting upon the F.Y. 2002 One Year Action Plan for
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Program funds .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 2001 .
