RESOLUTION NO. 2001-168
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH SERVICE
ROOFING COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 23, 2001 to extend contract to April
30, 2001 in conjunction with reroofing of West Wing at Waterloo
Center for the Arts due to weather related delays, by and between
Service Roofing Company of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23`d day of April, 2001 .
