RESOLUTION NO. 2001-170
RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM TO 28E AGREEMENT
WITH IOWA ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE DIVISION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID 28E AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Addendum to 28E Agreement dated April 23, 2001 for tobacco
enforcement, by and between Iowa Alcoholic Beverage Division, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April, 2001 .
