BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Release of Security Interest dated April 23, 2001 for
Fr' certain motor vehicles in conjunction with paying off Loan No. RED-
43, by and between National Cattle Congress of Waterloo, Iowa, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby released, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
: Waterloo, Iowa.
