RESOLUTION NO. 2001-180
RESOLUTION APPROVING ONE YEAR ACTION PLAN FOR
F.Y. 2002 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
(CDBG) AND HOME PROGRAM FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING
SUBMISSION OF SAME TO U.S. DEPARTMENT OF
HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the F.Y. 2002 One Year Action Plan for the Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Program funds, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to submit same to
the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2001 .
