RESOLUTION NO. 2001-185
RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENT WITH EAST
WATERLOO TOWNSHIP AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID 28E AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated May 7, 2001 to provide fire protection
and ambulance services, by and between East Waterloo Township, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2001 .
