RESOLUTION NO. 2000-190
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF PROFESSIONAL LAWN
CARE OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE F.Y. 2001
RIGHT-OF-WAY MOWING, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Professional Lawn Care of Waterloo, Iowa, for
the F.Y. 2001 Right-of-Way Mowing, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and
the City Clerk as of the 7t day of May, 2001, together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the Merchants Bonding Company of Des Moines, Iowa, as
surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2001 .
