RESOLUTION NO. 2001-193
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH CHICAGO
CENTRAL AND PACIFIC RAILROAD AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated May 7, 2001 for installation and
maintenance of 230 volt wire line crossing Rath Lead 155 feet north
of Vinton Street in conjunction with the F.Y. 2000 Sycamore Street
Reconstruction and Vinton Street Storm Sewer Improvements, Contract
No. 613, by and between Chicago Central and Pacific Railroad of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2001 .
