RESOLUTION NO. 2001-194
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH VERIZON
WIRELESS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated May 7, 2001 to provide digital cell phone
services for 48 users for city departments at a cost of $1, 584 . 00
per month for 18, 000 minutes, including long distance, plus
purchase of 48 digital cell phones at $10. 00 each, by and between
Verizon Wireless, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2001 .
