RESOLUTION NO. 2001-195
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH LEE
ROTTINGHAUS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated May 7, 2001 to lease 11 . 01 acres of
property acquired in conjunction with the Martin Luther King Jr.
Drive Project for $990. 00 per year, by and between Lee Rottinghaus
of Jesup, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2001 .
