RESOLUTION NO. 2001-196
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST FROM OWNERS OF
LOST ISLAND ADVENTURE PARK TO USE HOTEL/MOTEL
TAX FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $19, 159. 07 FOR TAP
CHARGES FOR THE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED 35 ACRES
WATER PARK Al EAST SHAULIS AND HESS ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the request from owners of Lost Island Adventure Park to use
hotel/motel tax funds in the amount of $19, 159. 07 for tap charges
for the newly constructed 35 acres water park at East Shaulis and
Hess Road, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2001 .
