Notice is hereby given that on the 16th
day of August, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo. Iowa, a public hearing
will be held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo. Iowa, to approve the request by
Locke Realty, Inc., to vacate a utility
easement adjacent to the Kimball Avenue
right-of-way located at 4140 Kimball
Avenue, in the "C-2,C-Z" Commercial
Conditional Zoning District, legally descri-
