h RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
•, WITH IOWA NORTHLAND REGIONAL COUNCIL OF
v n GOVERNMENTS (INRCOG) AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
c OF SAID MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Agreement dated May 14, 2001 to administer
r=$1, 000, 000. 00 Economic Development Administration Grant, at a cost
knot to exceed $7, 500. 00, by and between Iowa Northland Regional
Council of Governments (INRCOG) , and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
rexecute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 2001 .
