RESOLUTION NO. 2001-218
RESOLUTION GRANTING THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
ADMINISTRATION, U.S. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE
CERTAIN ASSURANCES IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT, ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT SET-ASIDE APPLICATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo is applying for $1, 000, 000. 00 in
Economic Development Administration Public Works Grant funds; and
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo will commit $1, 671, 750. 00 in
City funds as local match.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that up to $1, 671, 750. 00 of local effort funds are
herewith committed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 2001 .
