RESOLUTION NO. 2001-242
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH CHICAGO
CENTRAL AND PACIFIC RAILROAD AND IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated May 21, 2001 to renew/repair railroad
grade crossing at Vinton Street, just east of the Cedar River
Bridge in conjunction with Year 2001 Railroad Crossing Surface
Repair Program, by and between Chicago Central and Pacific Railroad
and Iowa Department of Transportation, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 2001 .
