RESOLUTION NO. 2001-251
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF PUBLIC
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST
TO SEND OUT NOTIFICATION TO PROPERTY OWNERS OF
PROPOSED SIDEWALK REPAIRS IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE SIDEWALK INSPECTION AND REPAIR PROGRAM -
ZONE 1, AS JUNE 11, 2001, AT 5: 30 P.M. IN THE
COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m, on the 11th day of June, 2001 for the
purpose of considering and acting upon the request to send out
notification to property owners on proposed sidewalk repairs in
conjunction with the Sidewalk Inspection and Repair Program - Zone
1 .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 2001 .
