RESOLUTION NO. 2001-259
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF BORWIG BUILDING
SERVICE, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE WEST
5TH STREET PARKING RAMP IMPROVEMENTS IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Borwig Building Service, Inc. of Waterloo,
Iowa, for the West 5th Street Parking Ramp Improvements, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 29th day of May, 2000,
together with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of
said contract signed by the Merchants Bonding Co. of Des Moines,
Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May, 2001 .
