RESOLUTION NO. 2001-267
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO BIDDING
POLICY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to Bidding Policy that consideration should be
given for purchasing goods or services from locally owned business
if cost and other considerations are relatively equal, be and the
same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June, 2001 .
