RESOLUTION NO. 2001-277
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SERGEANT
ROAD-CEDAR PRAIRIE TRAIL CONNECTION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
Sergeant Road-Cedar Prairie Trail Connection, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Sergeant Road-Cedar
Prairie Trail Connection, which were preliminarily approved on May
29, 2001, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 11,
2001, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the Sergeant Road-Cedar Prairie Trail
Connection, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of June, 2001 .
