RESOLUTION NO. 2001-278
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
SERGEANT ROAD-CEDAR PRAIRIE TRAIL CONNECTION.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2001-277, plans, specifications,
etc. , for the Sergeant Road-Cedar Prairie Trail Connection, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this
Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is
so ordered on motion by this Council that the said improvements be
constructed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of June, 2001 .
