RESOLUTION NO. 2001-285
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN TO REDUCE THE
30 FOOT PLATTED BUILDING LINE TO 15 FEET FOR
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG MEADOW LANE
AT MONTICELLO AVENUE TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF
AN ADDITION TO EXISTING HOME AT 3307
MONTICELLO AVENUE AS JULY 2, 2001, AT 5: 30
P.M. IN CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO,
IOWA AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 5: 30 p.m. on the 2nd day of July, 2001, for the purpose of
considering and acting upon a proposal to reduce the 30 foot
platted building line to 15 feet for property generally located
along Meadow Lane at Monticello Avenue to allow construction of an
addition to existing home at 3307 Monticello Avenue, and legally
described as follows :
The building line as platted along the northeasterly
line of Lot 31 of West Ridge 3rd Addition from 30 feet
to 15 feet adjacent to said line, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of June, 2001 .
