HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SALE AND
CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY ACQUIRED IN CONJUNCTION

HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 5: 30 p.m. on the 9th day of July, 2001, for the purpose of
considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and convey acquired in conjunction with improvements to Donald Street/Broadway
Street intersection, owned by the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to
Richard and Linda Morrison, and legally described as follows :
That part of Lots 3 and 4 of Northeydale Addition to the
City of Waterloo that lies Southwesterly of a line drawn
from a point on the North line Lot 4 said addition that is
20 foot East of the Northwest corner of said Lot 4, to a
point on the East line of Lot 3 said addition that is 50
feet North of the Southeast corner of said Lot 3, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
for $4, 500. 00, plus costs .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of June, 2001 .
