RESOLUTION NO. 2001-290
RESOLUTION APPROVING TWO YEAR CONTRACT
EXTENSION WITH CITY CARTON, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the two-year contract extension dated June 11, 2001 for
disposition and marketing services, by and between City Carton of
Iowa City, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of June, 2001 .
