RESOLUTION NO. 2001-291
RESOLUTION APPROVING TWO-YEAR CONTACT
EXTENSION WITH BLACK HAWK WASTE DISPOSAL
COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the two-year contract extension dated June 11, 2001 for
recycling services, by and between Black Hawk County Waste Disposal
of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of June, 2001 .
