RESOLUTION NO. 2001-292
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH THE
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application dated June 11, 2001 for Environmental Justice
grant in the amount of $20, 000. 00 to continue outreach efforts for
the Brownfields Pilot Area, by and between the Environmental
Protection Agency, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of June, 2001 .
