RESOLUTION NO. 2001-302
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF CHARLES PEARSON
FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO.
3094 .
WHEREAS, Charles Pearson is having entertainment within the
city limits of the City of Waterloo in conjunction with the
Juneteenth 2001 celebration at Sullivan Park, and
WHEREAS, said entertainment will exceed the limits of the
Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said Charles Pearson has made formal application for
a variance effective on June 23, 2001 from noon to 6: 00 p.m. .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Charles Pearson for a variance
to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance in conjunction with the
Juneteenth 2001 celebration at Sullivan Park on June 23, 2001 from
noon to 6: 00 p.m. , be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 2001 .
