RESOLUTION NO. 2001-305
RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO INTERSTATE
BRANDS, CORP. , 325 COMMERCIAL STREET, TO
PLACE A TWO FOOT WIDE CONCRETE SLAB ALONG THE
ENTIRE LENGTH OF BUILDING LOCATED AT 325
COMMERCIAL STREET AND A FOUR FOOT BY TEN FOOT
SERVICE WALK FROM THE STREET TO BUILDING
LOCATED AT ABOVE DESCRIBED ADDRESS .
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made written application to
the City Council asking that Interstate Brands, Corp. , 325
Commercial Street, be authorized and permitted to place a two foot
wide concrete slab along the entire length of building located at
325 Commercial Street and a four foot by ten foot service walk
from the street to building at said address, and
WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that permission is hereby granted to Interstate
Brands, Corp. , 325 Commercial Street, be authorized and permitted
to place a two foot wide concrete slab along the entire length of
building located at 325 Commercial Street and a four foot by ten
foot service walk from the street to building at said address .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 2001 .
