RESOLUTION NO. 2001-306
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION ADOPT A HIGHWAY APPLICATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Adopt a Highway Application dated June 18, 2001 to allow
East High School Army JROTC to pick up trash along Highway 63 from
Garden of Memories two miles north, by and between the Iowa
Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 2001 .
