RESOLUTION NO. 2001-307
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO
COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the One-year Agreement dated June 18, 2001 to provide School
Resource Officers, by and between the Waterloo School District, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 2001 .
