RESOLUTION NO. 2001-320
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF WEICHERS
CONSTRUCTION OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, FOR
SERGEANT ROAD-CEDAR PRAIRIE TRAIL CONNECTION,
PROJECT NO. RT-MSRT (51) -9H-07, CONTRACT NO.
637, IN THE AMOUNT OF $363, 749. 99 AND
REFERRING BACK TO THE CITY OF CEDAR FALLS FOR
FURTHER ACTION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Weichers Construction of Cedar Falls, Iowa, in
the amount of $363, 749. 99, for the construction of the Sergeant
Road-Cedar Prairie Trail Connection, Project No. RT-MSRT (51) -9H-07,
Contract No. 637, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the
lowest bid received for said work.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said bid be referred back to the
City of Cedar Falls for further action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 2001 .
