RESOLUTION NO. 2001-327
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF SHAD' S PLACE,
1607 SYCAMORE STREET, FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE
ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO. 3094 .
WHEREAS, Shad' s Place, 1607 Sycamore Street, is having bands
performing in the west side parking lot in celebration of the
Fourth of July holiday, and
WHEREAS, said bands will exceed the limits of the Noise
Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said Shad' s Place, 1607 Sycamore Street, has made
formal application for a variance to the noise ordinance on July 7,
2001 from noon to 11 : 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Shad' s Place, 1607 Sycamore
Street, for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, to
have bands perform in the west side parking lot in celebration of
the Fourth of July holiday on July 7, 2001 from noon to 11 : 00 p.m.
be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 2001 .
