RESOLUTION NO. 2001-328
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF BROOSTERS, 3555
UNIVERSITY AVENUE, FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE
ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO. 3094 .
WHEREAS, Broosters, 3555 University Avenue, is having a live
band playing in the beer garden west of the building, and
WHEREAS, said live band will exceed the limits of the Noise
Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said Broosters, 3555 University Avenue, has made
formal application for a variance to the noise ordinance on July 3,
14, 21, 28, August 3, 11, 18, 25 and September 2, 2001 from 8 : 00
P.M. to 11 : 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Broosters, 3555 University
Avenue, for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance to
have a live band performing in the beer garden west of the building
on July 3, 14, 21, 28, August 3, 11, 18, 25 and September 2, 2001
from 8 : 00 P.M. to 11 : 00 p.m. , be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25t'' day of June, 2001 .
