RESOLUTION NO. 2001-330
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF BOWERS MASONRY,
INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE F.Y. 2001
SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM-ZONE 1 AND GREENHILL
ROAD RECREATIONAL TRAIL REPAIR, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO. 631 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Bowers Masonry, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, for
the F.Y. 2001 Sidewalk Repair Program-Zone 1 and Greenhill Road
Recreational Trial Repair, Contract No. 631, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by
the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 25th day of June, 2001,
together with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of
said contract signed by the Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company of
Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 2001 .
