RESOLUTION NO. 2001-331
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCESS AGREEMENT WITH
LOCKARD DEVELOPMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Access Agreement dated June 25, 2001 in conjunction with
sale of property generally located behind the fire station on San
Martian Drive, by and between Lockard Development of Waterloo, Iowa,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25t'' day of June, 2001 .
