RESOLUTION NO. 2001-332
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH HOGAN-
HANSEN, PC, CPAS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated June 25, 2001 to provide audit services
for the three year period ending June 30, 2003 at a cost of
$164, 700. 00, by and between Hogan-Hansen, PC, CPAs, of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 2001 .
