RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
PAVING WESTERLY 70 FEET OF ALLEY BETWEEN WEST
8TH AND 9TH STREETS AND WASHINGTON AND SOUTH
STREETS, AS SUBMITTED BY KWIK STAR, 506 WEST
9TH STREET.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Construction Plans for paving westerly 70
feet of alley between West 8th and 9th Streets and Washington and
South Streets, as submitted by Kwik Star, 506 West 9th Street, be
and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of July, 2001 .
