RESOLUTION NO. 2001-345
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENTS WITH THE UNION
PACIFIC RAILROAD AND IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENTS BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Grade Crossing Surface Repair Fund Agreements dated July
2, 2001 in conjunction with reconstruction of railroad grade
crossings at Linden Avenue, Lafayette Street, Mulberry Street,
North Elk Run Road and Sycamore Street, with city' s estimated cost
of $73, 280. 00, by and between the Union Pacific Railroad and Iowa
Department of Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same are hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of July, 2001 .
